This will be achieved by encouraging and driving capabilities in country for developing core components, including chipsets and creating enabling environment for industry to compete globally.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-family:"Quicksand","serif"">Targets set by NPE 2019</span></strong></span></span></p>

<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Quicksand","serif"">Provide incentives and support for manufacturing of core electronic components.</span></span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Quicksand","serif"">Provide special package of incentives for mega projects of extremely high-tech and entail huge investments, such as semiconductor facilities display fabrication, etc.</span></span></span></li>

<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Quicksand","serif"">Promote Industry-led R&D and innovation early stage start-ups in emerging technology areas such as 5G, loT/ sensors, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, drones, robotics, virtual reality (VR), additive manufacturing, photonics, nano-based devices, etc.</span></span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Quicksand","serif"">Provide incentives and support for significantly enhancing availability of skilled manpower, including re-skilling.</span></span></span></li>
