<p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Quicksand","serif"">It covers all soft parts of human body such as rib-cage, back of the arm, inner calf, thigh and groin area of females deployed in riot control. Its designs ensure protection of vital organs of women. It is also anti-stab, anti-acid. It usage will help to increase efficiency of women. It weighs around 6 kg and provides ease of operation and also better mobility. This full body protector will be used by around 8,000 women deployed in the anti-riot Rapid Action Force (RAF). The CRPF will also use around 9,000 such pieces.</span></span></span></span></p>

<p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Quicksand","serif"">It covers all soft parts of human body such as rib-cage, back of the arm, inner calf, thigh and groin area of females deployed in riot control. Its designs ensure protection of vital organs of women. It is also anti-stab, anti-acid. It usage will help to increase efficiency of women. It weighs around 6 kg and provides ease of operation and also better mobility. This full body protector will be used by around 8,000 women deployed in the anti-riot Rapid Action Force (RAF). The CRPF will also use around 9,000 such pieces.</span></span></span></span></p>

The idea for gender- specific protective gears was first mooted at National Conference for Women in 2016.</span></span></span></span></p>
