Bihar Deputy Chief Minister presents 2,18,303 crore rupees budget
- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tarkishore Prasad asserted that the govt will now push the women workforce to the grassroots to ensure gender parity.
- State govt has laid out provisions to award 25,000 rupees to girls who pass intermediate exams.
- Govt will also award 50,000 rupees to those who complete their bachelor's degree.
- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that more than 20 lakh jobs will be created in the state for youths.
