The Biden administration is considering a near wholesale rollback of some of the most stringent Trump-era sanctions imposed on Iran in a bid to get the Islamic Republic to return to compliance with a landmark 2015 nuclear accord.
American officials are open to lifting any sanctions that are inconsistent with the nuclear deal or that deny Iran the relief it would be entitled to should it return to compliance with the accord.
When President Donald Trump re-imposed sanctions after withdrawing from the deal in 2018, he not only put the nuclear sanctions back in but also added layers of terrorism and other sanctions on many of the same entities.
The first moon mission member Astronaut Michael Collins died at the age of 90 in Florida. The astronaut had monitored the mission while Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin created History by stepping on the moon.
Collins however did not step on the moon and stayed behind to pilot the command module. Astronaut Collins was a part of three crew members of Apollo 11 that went to the moon in 1969.
Collins spent the eight-day mission piloting the command module. While Armstrong and Aldrin descended to the moon's surface in the lunar lander, Eagle, Collins remained alone in the command module, Columbia.
