Indian Institute of Technology Madras in partnership with ESPNcricinfo has launched Superstats, a next level artificial intelligence (AI) to analyse cricket statistics through machine learning and forecast.
Superstats will analyse cricket using data science for first time and give context to every event in game.
It will also venture new territories such as forecasting and luck. It also reveals the trends and patterns during game as actual match data spread on real time.
It combines big data, cricket intelligence and data science to produce set of numbers which will help fans to understand and appreciate game better.
The Certification Standard for Sustainable Forest Management (SFM) became India’s first forest certification scheme to gets global recognition by Programme for Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC).
SFM has been developed by Network for Certification and Conservation of Forest (NCCF)
SFM certificates have become mandatory for exports as several developed countries have put trade restrictions on import of non-timber forest products, non-certified timber and wood based goods into their countries.
Union Government also has emphasized importance of buying products made from SFM certified wood for promoting sustainable forest management under Green Good Deeds Movement.
PEFC is international non-profit firm that provides independent third party certification for Sustainable Forest Management.
Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) of New Delhi was ranked world’s 12th busiest airport in preliminary world airport traffic rankings for 2018 released by Airports Council International (ACI). It has elevated 4 ranks as compared to 2017’s 16 spot.
The list of world’s busiest airports by passenger traffic ranking was topped by Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (US) followed by Beijing Capital International Airport (China) and Dubai International Airport (UAE).
